This year we are bringing you our very own pre packed christmas cake mix. It includes all the dried ingredients you will need and the step by step instructions on how to make it. It fits in a 20cm cake tin ( 8 inches). Rougly getting 10-12 slics from each cake. 
 
Ingredients included; 
 
Mixed Dried Fruit 
Light, Soft Brown Sugar 
Plain Flour 
Mixed Spice 
Mixed Nuts 
 
All you will need to add from home is; 
 
Either Sherry, Brandy, or Rum 
Zest and Juice Of 2 Oranges, 2 Lemons or 4 Clementines 
Unsalted Butter 
Vanilla Extract 
Eggs
